Instruction for Strawberry Cream Cake:
1. Put aside 4 strawberries for garnish later on, the nice and same shape if you can find, slice the rest of strawberry
and mix with 1 cup of whipped cream, divided in 3 portions.
2. Slice each cake in half horizontally.

To Assemble:
Place the bottom layer cake on the board.
1. Spread the berry filling, place the top layer,spread the berry filling, place the second bottom layer,spread the rest
of the filling and place the last top layer.
2. Take some of the whipped cream and put in the piping bag with the big star tubes, enough to make 7 rosettes. Frost the
cake with the remaining whipped cream. Pat the side of the cake with coconut, clean the board, piped the rosettes on top
and garnish with the reserved strawberries, 3 of them cut in half and the last one make cut all the way to the stem
without cutting it trough.
