When meat are forbiden, tofu, eggs, fish or shell fish are appeared in the recipes beside the variety of vegetables. Some of the recipes require special Asian ingredients. Few large number of ingredients, several stages of preperations but the steps are not difficult. All the recipes that I have ever done here are basicly hand down to me by family members or from all my friends. You'll agree with me after you try that it is well deserved.
Cooking should be an enjoyable experience, open door to many culture, creeds, it's acceptance and appriciation. Have you ever wonder about which dish are really originated in which country?
