Every day, every body goes to the market to shop for their daily cooking. When I was kid, my Mom went to the market and shop. Even though neighbors got refrigerator, they still loved to shop every morning. Kramat Market was where she got this delicious chicken satay with the lontong and lots of peanut sauce. "Selamat Menikmati..."

2 medium chicken breast
25-30 skewer
4 TB oil
2 garlic, bruised and chopped
1/2 tsp coriander
3 TB sweet soy sauce
1 tsp salt
Clean the chicken and cut up in to 1 1/2 inches cubed. Add the coriander, salt,soy sauce and marinate for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in the wok over medium hot. Fry the garlic until fragrant and add the marinated chicken. Cook the
chicken until no longer pink. After the chicken cool down, place it in to the skewer.
Serve the satay with lontong Peanut Sauce, & Compressed Rice

Peanut Sauce:
2 cups roasted peanuts
5 bird's eye chili pepper
3 TB brown sugar
salt to taste
1 lime, juiced
Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until all smooth. Adjust the taste for the spicy, salt, sweet and the sour according to your level.
