
Instruction for Peach Cream Cake:
1. Drain the liquid from the peach. Save some of the peach that are nice for garnish later on. Slice the rest of the peach
and mix with 1 cup of whipped cream, divided in to 3 portions.
2. Slice each cake in half horizontally. To assemble: Place the bottom layer cake on the board. Spread the peach filling,
place the top layer,spread the peach filling, place the second bottom layer, spread the rest of the peach filling and
place the last top layer.
3. Take some of the whipped cream in the piping bag with big star tubes, enough to make 7 rosettes. Frost the cake with
the remaining cream, pat the sides with coconut, clean the board, piped the rosettes on top and garnish with the reserve
peaches.
