
2 cups cooked rice
3 stalk choy sum
2 eggs, beaten with pinch of salt
3 TB oil
3 shallots, paste it with
1 garlic
pinch white pepper
3 TB sweet soy sauce
3 bird's eye chili, cut up into bite size
salt to taste
Serve with: shrimp crackerscucumber, thinly sliced
Heat 3 TB oil in the wok over medium heat. Pour in the eggs mixture and scramble until cook, put aside. Using the same wok still, add the rest of the oil and fry the paste shallots and garlic mixture until fragrant but not burn. Add the cooked rice and the rest of the ingredients, stir fry until all mixture combine and adjust the taste. Place the rice onto the prepared dish and serve with crackers and sliced cucumbers.
