After dark around 6 pm, other kind of vendors starts to open their stall or they start pushing their cart around the streets. This time they are selling Mie Goreng. Some of the vendor's call using their stick hit the bottom of their wok (Mie Tek-tek) and others using a bit bigger wooden signal-drum (Mie Dog-dog) Also at this time the vendor selling Sate, riding their tri-cycle going around the street using their tinkling bells as their calling signal. Well.... so many things to tell you but I'm just going to take you to explore the cuisine. "Selamat Menikmati..."
