Over medium heat, in small sauce pan, combine the sugar, milk and corn syrup. Add the melted chocolate, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. No more stirring, leave it, allow to boil or until it reached 238 degree F. Remove from heat and allow to cool, add the butter at this stage.
When the bottom of the pan is cool, remove the fudge to the mixing bowl and beat the fudge in medium speed until thick enough to spread, if its to thick add milk to it until the frosting is spreadable.
In double broiler, melted the chocolate. Slowly pour in the cream, stir slowly until all combine. Add the butter and keep stirring until smooth. Makes about 2 cups.
