Most of the flower used in the Cake Decorating are Roses. You can use it all year long and in any kind of color. For male, use different shades of blue and moss green for the leaves. You can also color the Roses depending on the season. You can create floral theme on your cakes by using combinations of

Flower Design will look more real and live with variety of green vines and leaves. Choose different shades of green depending on the preferances and the seasons. Arrange your flower decorations on flowing sprays, vines, cascading, corner spray or vines even just the center spray design.
Girl Birthday, choose from smiling daisis, gerber daisis even the piped on daisis. Use variety of colors for this decorations. Other flower can be used in here as well depending on their theme. After you decorate the cakes, sprinkle it with the fairy dust so it will sparkles the cake. "Happy Decorating..."
