
Instruction for Banana Bread:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease and wax paper 9x5x3" loaf pan. Sift all the dry ingredients, set aside.
2. In the mixing bowl, combine the bananas, brown sugar and salt. Mix it for 3 minutes, add eggs, one at a time. In slow
speed add the flour mixture follow by the oil turn it off. Take out the beater off the hook, using the beater, mix all the
batter till all combine and add the raisins. Pour in to the prepared pan and and bake for 35-45 minutes. Serve warm.
Note: if the edges starting to get brown or the top but the wooden pick comes out wet still, cover the top with foil and
continue baking.
