
16 oz corn (can or frozen)
1 cup small shrimp
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 TB coriander ground
6 keffir lime leaf, chopped
1 tsp salt
Heat 5 cups oil in the wok on med low. Mix all the ingredients together to make thick batter, adjust the taste. Spoon the batter in to the oil, fry until golden brown. Serve hot with chillies.
