Bakwan Jagung Udang / Shrimps & Corn Fritters
Bakwan Jagung Udang, Indonesian Appetizers & Snacks Recipes:
As a Javanese family, I get this recipe down from my Grandma. She fries this fritters and serve
either the clear spinach soup and steaming rice or the Mixed vegetable coconut soup.

16 oz corn (can or frozen)
1 cup small shrimp
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 TB coriander ground
6 keffir lime leaf, chopped
1 tsp salt
Heat 5 cups oil in the wok on med low. Mix all the ingredients together to make thick batter, adjust the taste.
Spoon the batter in to the oil, fry until golden brown. Serve hot with chillies.
