
1 cup shredded cabbages
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup bean sprouts
2 cups all purpose flour
1 TB coriander, ground
1 tsp garlic granulated
1/2 TB salt
Mix all the ingredients together and add 1/4 cup water first, add more as needed. The water purpose is to hold the batter. The batter should be thick but not to thick that you can spoon it out. Heat 4 cups oil in the pan on the med low, after the oil hot add 1 TB of the batter, don't crowd the pan. Fry until golden brown and serve hot with chili or peanut sauce.
